Default replacing clutch reservoir hose with fuel line?

Would it be safe to use rubber fuel line to replace the hose between the clutch reservoir and master cylinder? Or does it have to be a certain type of rubber to work with brake fluid?

I could be wrong but I seem to remember learning that brake fluid is pretty volitile and requires brake hose rather than a standard hose...Hope someone has the correct answer, I know I am interested.

I have heard that fuel injection hose will work just fine.
It has a barrier built into it that resists brake fluid. But it has to be the hi pressure FI hose.
