Default trans mount

Having a lot of movement in my transmission furind shifting and launching. Am almost positive its the mount any suggestions on a good mount to get.

Something poly wouldnt hurt,

Have you actually looked at the trans mount. I would inspect before buying. It may be another issue completely.

could be a bad torque arm mount also, but a new trans mount wont hurt they are pretty cheap for the poly. Thats what I run and I like it feels firmer.

im going to get under the car this week and check it out. either way im going to switch out the trans mount, see what that does and work from there. thanks for the help. ill have to check out the torque arm while im under there as well. as far as i know its the trans mont, happened to all of my friends cars in the past and the poly mount always fixed it

if it is the torque arm mount i'd go with the energy sup. made a world of differance on mine. really makes it launch.

If you get a poly trans mount without also switching to poly motor mounts, you will be putting stress on the bellhousing and can cause it to crack.

I have never heard this before. Has anyone else experienced this. I am replacing mine so i am trying to decide what kind to get.

don't get a poly without poly motor mounts, just get a replacement at any autoparts store

i am trying to find one at any auto parts store and am having no luck. What stores shoudl carry them?

probably have to have them order it or just order one online from summit or thunderracing
