If I were you I would just call Six Speeds Inc. They are a sponsor on the site and build the best t-56's out there

Six Speeds Inc in Houston. They build the MN12 (and MN6) and warranty it to 700rwhp/700rwtq, but there are some options in terms of internals. Give Amber a call.

I got mine for $2250 shipped to my door, I believe it was, but there is usually a wait on GTO trans cores. I had to wait a few weeks.

There are only a few places in the US offering Mikronite and only one of them is a transmission company . Everyone else has to send the gears to them to get Mikronited . Its not cheap or quick .

As for building an MN12 to handle the power , it should not be an issue and any transmission shop that is well experienced with the T56 design can handle it . The biggest issue will be providing you a MN12 core since you do not want to simply rebuild the T56 you currently have .

Yes the GTO cores are very hard to come by. I usually have a 3-4 week wait on a GTO since we build them from scratch. It is easier that way with the GTO than hunting one own.

Thanks,
Amber

I don't agree with that opinion myself . The only real advantage is the syncro ring design IMO .

Yes you can make them both hold up fine . How long can you expect them to last ??? Lots of variables to figure in so no one can give you exact time frame . Warranty wise , it really depends on who you have build it .

i will need it to last quite some time...cant really afford to build it...but if i have to then i can ony do it once ya know? so it will have to be damn near bullitproof...it will have to sustain 550 rwhp NA and 200 shot on the jug..and still be daily driveable on occassion...

looking for low 10's in the 1/4 and knock down 27 mpg on the highway in 6th gear..so i dont know howthe gear ratios would have to be or if i am just dreaming now...but if the 6th gear could be a stupid overdrive gear so as to compensate the 4:10's and still get mileage...i know its a lot to ask but i think it might be doable?
