2000 or 2001 Slave?

Default 2000 or 2001 Slave?

Well I already got a Ram adjustable master, now im looking at slaves on rockauto.com... there is a raybestos one for $69.99 (With T/O) under the 2000

when I goto 2001 the next one is a Rhino brand with the T/O is $89.99..

just order the 2000 one??

Not sure about the ones you are looking at but the 2001 and up GM units are supposed to be better than earlier versions.

Same here the 2001-2002 are the recommended slaves

yeah.. I was thinkin if you go to the part stores or GM dealer they will give you the updated slave..

well common sense tells me they are only going to make one part for all its cheaper for them.. im sure AC Delco only makes on slave now?? and whats different anyways

the pictures look the same and they both are going to be new.. I'm just saying I need some hard facts before I throw another $20 bucks away I'm going to school and don't have much to play with to begin with

From what I've heard before theres only one worldwide manufacturer of slaves. They obviously discontinued the faulty version. I bought the 60 dollar one from Advance and its been going strong for 2 years 10k miles so far. And thats with pushing my heavy RAM HD powergrip pressure plate.
