Default vibration in first

ok, i have a 2000 m6 camaro, basically stock for now. according to the p.o., the clutch was replaced with an "aftermarket" clutch, but it feels like a stock clutch to myself and others. i know my pilot bearing is going out (going by sound), but could this also be the cause of some severe vibration in first gear mainly? if i hold the rpms at 2k or so until rolling, then it is ok, but anything less feels like the car is shaking itself apart. i replaced my transmission mount with the energy poly mount (no shim and ground down the nubs) and that made really no difference. but this only happens when leaving from a dead stop, and below 2k rpms, any ideas?

well i get a slight vibration between 3k-5k, but i assumed that was because of the poly transmission mount, i had heard that was usual for it

Dido, need more detailed info, try taking off in 2nd, and low gear in 3rd, low rpm in 5th, gas popping, etc. Give us more detail.

forgot to add, it does it also if i take off in second, but does not do it at low rpm's in any other gear, only from a standstill. and like mentioned earlier, i do have slight vibration from 3k-5k rpms, but i believe that is because on the poly tranny mount, not a clutch problem, i have heard of similar issues with the mount, but the takeoff problem was happening before i changed that out.
