What's wrong with Valvoline Synpower brake fluid (3/4)
I read today that there may be a problem with running the Valvoline Synpower brake fluid, can anyone please elaborate on that? I thought it was a good alternative to factory fluid. It's a DOT 3/4 so there shouldn't be any compatibility issues.

If you read this thread:

He states that he was using Valvoline brake fluid and just found out that it's a problem. I'm just curious what exactly the problem was. I was hoping someone else in here knew what he was talking about. I'll PM him and see what he has to say.

i saw ppl stating that the full sythetic was not good to use w/ the mcleod master cylinder. so i went and replaced it w/ the gm brake fluid and so far its staying clean and not getting dirty w/ in days. im also gonna get the mcleod rebuild kit as well since the rubber seal is leaking
