Default What's the deal with Tex single clutches not holding up?

Been seeing a couple cars with low mileage having clutch issues on the street as well as the dyno. HP ranges from 470-570 at the wheels. I do not spend alot of time in this section can anyone get me up to speed with this subject? Also, hearing they are not selling any more twin discs?? I spent alot of money for this clutch and mine is having issues on the dyno as well. I do not take it to the track but still should not be slipping with only 2500 miles on her. What gives??

part number is oz700sb. When I got it last year there wasn't 2 options just the single or twin set up. Got it from Buyunspeed.
