Question LS6 Gearing?

I was think about what i want to do with the car. I'm going for a well rounded vehicle; i want as much HP as handeling. Prob looking at around 425 rwhp when I'm done; that seems the most realistic. I don't just want to throw 4.10's in my M6 b/c i dont need drag gears, i want balanced performance. I'm not building my car for the strip; my driving style is cayon carving, i LOVE windy roads, but i also like to punch it at a light.

I have been thinking (for a while) of setting up my gearing like the C5 ZO6; tranny gears and rear. I heard that the ZO6 gearing is what also makes it such a fast car. I don't want to be the tool who has 425 rwhp and can't enjoy the car b/c all i do and sit and spin. I'm looking for balance, is this a good idea?
