Default Anyone broke a Tex OZ700 clutch?

Car is a 02 C5. The clutch is 8 months old with about 3k miles. I am getting a knocking sound coming from the clutch area. It goes away when you press the clutch in. Changes with gear and only makes the sound when under load. I think it is in the clutch, broken spring PP or something. I will be tearing it apart in the next few days but would like to know what to look for. Has anyone broke a clutch? Does this even sound plausible? I originally thought it was the torque tube couplers but I have rebuild the torque tube and the knocking is still there. It is not the engine and not the transmission. Any other ideas?
Thanks for the help
Chris

Hey Chris,

When you tear it down, get in touch with Tex. If the clutch is the problem, they will take care of you.

Good to hear. I send Jarrod an email. I am tearing it down tomorrow and I'll report back.

I have not, its has about 800-1000 miles. One thing I did fine that i do need an adjustible master cyl. Which is prob the reason why 95% of people blow up aftermarket clutches and frag trannies. They are not fully dis engaging.
