just finished rebuilding th e motor is and have a year old clutch anything i can do to the tranny while the motor is out. oh yah nothing to expensive

You going to tear it apart yourself? If you just want to do a couple of upgrades, you could put in a steel shift fork and carbon fiber blocking rings. Depending on the condition/miles of the tranny, you might want to think about a stage 1 rebuild while you have it apart.
