ok so the last couple days every other time i put my car into first gear it will grind. with the clutch completly put into the floor... i am hoping its a shifter syncros... if its not that im hoping its just a new clutch time (cuz i will need a new one anyways when i start on my next idea)... or the dreaded... the tranny might be broken.... this is my first manual car and i have 32k on it.... if i put it in first at all when im moving... like when im rolling to a stop... i DO NOT let out the clutch... like even if im rolling backwards.. like on a hill or something it will grind.. any ideas?

My friend's cobra does that but only when its cold. I know not much help. Just a bump for ya man.

bump on this cause mine is doing the same thing, its a SPEC stg 3+ and i have the same prob as you, i put it all the way down and about every other or every two times it will grind and wont really go into first

If the car is sitting still and the problem occurs , its the clutch or the hydraulics for the clutch .

when the cars still it will occasionally do it.. im taking it up to RPM on wednesday to get it tuned, some cut outs installed, and they gonna glance at the tranny for me... im probably going to have them replace the clutch fluid
