Hard to shift to third

Hard to shift to third i was just wondering if anyone knew why sometimes it is hard for me to shift into third gear it doesnt do it with any other gear just third and only when im cruisin as in not driving it hard

You are probably having issues with the 3-4 shift keys and the 3rd gear syncro ring . If the problem is getting worse or you decide to have it fixed , upgrade to the steel 3-4 fork , billet keys and bronze fork pads on at least 3-4 .
