Car pops out of 2nd

Car pops out of 2nd So every now and then my car will pop out of 2nd under normal driving.... Also it is very very hard to downshift into 2nd, unless i get to a slow enough speed were I can put the car in first then it slides right into 2nd. DOes it sound like a bad syncro? ANy ideas?
