I know another one but is this trans fluid ok to use in my transmission?

Default I know another one but is this trans fluid ok to use in my transmission?
Is this transmission fluid ok to use in my transmission or do i need to drain it and use something else. Its the Dex\Mer Maxlife. On the side of my tranny there is a tag that says to use DEX 2. I know you guys recommend Sycromesh or Moble one, but will this stuff be ok?

Its a Dexron/ Mercon-rated ATF so you should be OK.

well, it meets all the requirements

i used honda ATF in mine, and that worked the best for me.

similar to syncromesh, but better operation when cold.
