Default A possible drill mod fix?

OK I have an 02 T/A with full exhaust + lid. Did some racing last night and when I do aggressive shifting from 2-3 the pedal likes to engage the clutch damn near the floor. Normally the clutch will catch about 1/3rd of the way through the pedal travel but when driving aggressively it catches like a 1/16 of the way. It doesn't make the pedal stick to the floor just catches really soon making it near impossible to shift/drive. Will the drill mod remedy this issue or is it something else causing the problem such as the clutch overheating or something worse?

I have a similar problem. I don't notice it so much during driving, but for example, when I do a few WOT high-rpm shifts, I notice when I slow down that my clutch engages damn near the floor. It also happens if I just free-rev at a stop, and doesn't go away for a while. I have 60k miles, and don't believe the fluid has been changed yet. I'm planning on doing the drill mod as well, and hoping this problem goes away. I also have a hard time down shifting sometimes, I have to push repeatedly on the stick when I come to a stop and am trying to put it back into first gear in preparation to accelerate again. I push and push, and it feels like I'm locked out, but as I keep pushing eventually it just pops right in with no resistance. No idea whats going on here.

My fluid was blacker then my ex girlfriends heart. Chunky style too like Ragu I bought a mity vac and sucked out the black crap till it was low in the fill cup filled up with new fluid then pumped the clutch hard a few times and repeated till it was mostly clear. We'll see if this fixes it but I still plan to do the drill mod.
