Exclamation constant 5th gear grinding

i have a t56 in my 99 camaro ss. i have been having a problem with 5th gear lately. if i try easing into it at lower rpms it wont fully engage and when i let the clutch out i can hear the sycros grinding (horrible sound). but it doesnt seem to do it at higher rpms..... i dont think it could be bad syncros, because whenever it is in 5th it hasnt hoped out of gear on me. so if anyone has any idea, please help me out. thanks a bunch!

The keys, gear-syncho teeth, and fork help keep the gear engaged, the blocker and synchro teeth help with engagement. Sounds like you have a worn blocker and/or worn synchro ring teeth.
