Clutch not disengaging?

Clutch not disengaging?
OK... so I have been having an issue getting into 1st and reverse. I know.. first thought is bleed the system.
First, a brief history...
New master and slave... fresh rebuild.. Spec Stage 4 clutch all with about 5,000 miles and NO track time.
I used the method here:http://performanceworks1.com/ls1_clutch_bleeding.htm
NO CHANGE. Car will not go into first, when I try and bump it, I can feel the car trying to jolt forward so it's definitely a disengagement problem.
Here's where it gets different though. If I shut the car off and immediately back on, it goes right in. If I pull forward 10 feet and pull it out of gear, right back to square one.
So, should I try to bleed it from the bottom? Could it be a clutch problem? I know it's going to be "notchy" with the billet keys and carbon fiber blockers... but this is a disengagement issue FOOOO SHO!
TIA!

Yes I would bleed it with the conventional method thru the bleeder.
Try to crack open the bleeder, have helper push the pedal down & then close the bleeder before the fluid stream stops. Repeat this till the air is gone.
It can be tight to get a tool in there to get to the bleeder though. I use a 1/4 breaker bar & a short 11 mm socket.
