I was removing my trans while fighting with it i noticed the throwout bearing popped off the slave.. I put the spring back on and the twisted the bearing right on. The spring is locked agaisnt the tab, It pushes in and retracts just as it should it seems.

Do you think Im ok? I almost said just purchase another slave because the bitch factor if its not ok but this slave only has like 5000 miles on it and was working when i removed it..

It will be fine, Mine popped off just because I was doing the same thing as you. I reinstalled it and driving my car fine now...
