Default will spec 3+ work w/ RAM billet steel flywheel?

My RAM powergrip HD is dying so its time for a new clutch.. thinking of going with the SPEC 3+. I cant drop the cash for a Tex yet.. only a college kid. Anyways, like my question states.. Will a SPEC 3+ clutch work with a RAM billet steel flywheel, and RAM adjustable master cylinder and a new GM slave?
