Identify this part....

So...I think My clutch is done... Anyone agree?

Looks like Spec is in my near future... Anyone wanna take a guess at how bad this clutch messed up my brand new $400 flywheel? or my t56 bellhousing? or maybe the pressure plate... man I was so mad when I pulled this out...

This was just after messing around with some ricer... to be honest, I was on the clutch normally driving when it exploded. The pressure plate kept it all locked in place for recovery of what you have just seen
