Default ignition cut out?

Any try or heard of a ignition cut out switch, mounted on the clutch pedal to briefly kill the motor for faster and safer shifts?

You can use a Lingenfelter 2-step. You just set it to be active when the clutch isn't at the top. That way when you are launching, and you have the pedal down, you'll have a 2-step, and when you stab the pedal to shift, it cuts spark and the motor doesn't free-wheel between gears.

Lingenfelter has reported better shifting with this setup.
