HELP!! cant get clutch to bleed

Default HELP!! cant get clutch to bleed

just got teh motor in, went to bleed the clutch and nothing. MAster was fine, put in a new slave and the pedal just falls to the floor, cant even get it to come up without popping it back up by hand...there is no fluid leaking, the fluid is coming out of the bleeder valve..no idea what is the prob...what am i missing?!

this is a MN6 in a 02 vette

Try to bleed it by opening the bleeder first, then depressing the pedal. Before the fluid stream stops close the bleeder. You may have to pull the pedal off the floor a few times while bleeding it anyway.
I have seen masters go bad before w/ fresh fluid & trying to bleed them out, so don't rule it out.

well, maybe I will try a master before I go ripping the rear end and torque tube out

You have to do it a lot of times to build pressure.

get a mighty vac, works great, did it alone by holding down pedal with weights and tool box
