Default lighter LS2/7 flywheel, any interest?

Are there any other people out there who like me have an LS7 clutch, but wanted to use a lighter flywheel than the stock 28lb piece?

I managed to find a model of flywheel by SPEC which will directly replace the LS2/7 flywheel and in steel, but they say there is very little demand and need a minimum order of 5, is it true nobody wants a lighter flywheel to use with the LS7 or LS2 clutches?

The lighter steel flywheel would seem to me to be a good compromise between wanting to lighten the rotating assembly but still have enough inertia to do a comfortable start...

I have been told it is ~20lbs (going to make sure)

The stock flywheel is supposed be 28lbs - I have one too and it is damn heavy.

Fidanza makes an aluminum flywheel that is around 13lbs. The LS2 version works with the LS7 clutch/PP on an Fbody/GTO. I got mine from Scoggin Dickey for under $400. They aren't cheap.

I used the Fidanza and don't really have problems starting. Just thought I'd let you know.
