Exclamation Mcleod master cly problem

I just installed a McLeod master cylinder and performed the drill mod on my '00 SS. I've bled the system 3 times now for about an hour each time and it never develops any pedal pressure. I am confused because every time I bleed it the master cylinder is pushing fluid out of the bleeder valve, but it just doesn't develop any pressure. I've called Mcleod and everyone I know and no one can tell me why it is doing this . Any suggestions?

Did you bench bleed it first before putting it in the car?

Are you bleeding it from the feed line at the 3 O clock postition or the hex headed bleeder valve at the 2 O clock position? Remember all air goes to the highest point.
