What pedals are you using? The original pedals?
A switch set up would be pretty easy. You'd need to find a switch first. Then determine how to mount it. For hook up, just take the switch, and wire it into your exisiting neutral safety switch wires. Just extend the wires from the original safety switch down to the pedals.
Here is a switch that was used from about 86 - 02 in firebirds and camaros. It mounts by sliding into slots on a bracket. Its got a big surface area on the plunger. You can just tack a little tab on the pedals or mount this under the pedal if there is room. Just an example...
Does that help ya at all? There might be something specific to your car that is available, but I wouldnt know....

What ghettocruiser said. On a manual trans car, the Neutral starter interlock becomes the clutch pedal starter interlock. Won't power the starter solenoid unless the clutch pedal is depressed.
