Default LT1 T56 Removal Question

How does the clutch fork come off?

I have the trans free and about an inch away from the bellhousing. I tried searching but I was unable to find detailed instructions on how to get it off.

From what I can see there is maby a pin up in there that holds it to the transmission.

Thanks!

You have to release the clutch fork before attempting to pull the tranny. so push it back in and put a bolt in it.. just grab the fork and pull towards you then downwards if i remember right. It's been a few years since I've done a lt1 clutch but its fairly simple..
