Help WIth tranny part!! Pics inside I have a couple of questions about this part. First can someone identify which gear it is? Also is it one complete part?

The synchro teeth on it are engaged in 4th (direct lock between input and output, 1:1), but the gear on it actually turns the countershaft that directly affects the ratios of gears 1 through 3. It is in constant mesh with the countershaft, which is also coupled to the extension shaft with 5/6/R gears.
A new input shaft is one part, but it will not have the large bearing, NOR the bearing race inside the cup where the mainshaft rides.
