Default trans fluid change

How hard is it to change the trans fluid in 99 camaro 6 speed???

i just did mine, unscrew drain on bottom of tranny, and then i just put my fluid through the shifter. just remove the top part of your center counsel, take the rubber boot off, and then theres four bolts that hold your sifter down. took about an hour total.

The shifter method is definitely less mess but if you don't feel like taking your console apart you can always do it the old fashioned way. Drain it with the plug labeled "DRAIN" at the back of the tranny on the passenger side. Then fill it through the plug on the driver's side with a basic pump that you should be able to get at any auto parts store. Takes about 4 quarts.
