Gonna replace the clutch and tranny fluid tomorrow

Default Gonna replace the clutch and tranny fluid tomorrow
Clutch pedal is acting different when I get done with a WOT run, and from reading on here it means that the fluid is boiling.
Just wondering how much I am going to need of both.

Here is what sixspeeds, inc. recommended:
Valvoline Synthetic (dot 4) for the clutch
Mobil 1 ATF for the transmission

It's 4 quarts for the transmission.
