Has anyone had a problem with shipping payment from SixSpeed Inc.... well turns out that i sold them 3 t56 cores, they were shipped through conway freight, the payment for them was made to me and i received it.. but now for the past few weeks that has past i has been sending them emails letting them know that conway keeps sending a bill to my home saying that i owe them 300 to 400 dollars somewhere between there, and it was understood that she pays for shipping!!!! ive sent several emails about it she doesnt return my emails are anything and i know that places like that "Conway freight etc.." can put that on your credit, and thats not good...so does anyone know what im suppose to do now??????

Unless you agreed to pay Conway and they have it in writing , there's nothing they can do . The bill should have went on SSinc's account and not billed to you . The only two reasons that they could be sending you a bill is if (1) they forgot to bill SSinc or (2) SSinc has failed to pay them and they are trying to collect from you . Either way , its their problem not yours .

Same thing happened to me when i sent them my trans. I got a bill from conway. Amber told me to call conway and tell them it should have been billed to them, and give them her number.

Got you handled today. Today is the first day with semi service. It keeps kicking me out but at least I got a few pm's. I have the auth# from conway I will give you a call with it tomorroow. When you filled out the bill of lading we didn't put collect. That is why they keep sending that bill your way. They won't send you another one.
