hydraulics problem? maybe?
the last couple of times of really banged gears, im having trouble getting into 4th...
i can bang everything just fine except 4th, which has no problems under low rpm's. last night i went and tried again, except wasnt letting the clutch out right away (dont want to blow stuff up)...it seems to lock me out of 4th for about a half of a second, then it'll slide in (since im keeping the clutch in)
like i said, at lower rpms (even up to about 4k), i can quick shift it no problem into 4th
i think im going to start by doing new fluid, then look from there
the t-56 was just rebuilt by D and D this summer with complete sychronizer rebuild, 3-4 steel fork, solid 3-4 inserts, reverse driven gear and assembly
thoughts?

Sounds like a bad syncro. The shift fork is in the 3rd and 4th gears but you usually only notice most bent shift fork issues when shifting into 3rd gear. I would bleed the tranny and put in some new fluid. It's a quick means to a possible solution.
