Anyone in the midwest removed....
Im in the processes of taking alot of useless stuff out of my arctic white 1999 ss camaro while im swaping interiors and building a 408
im down to the ac and heat box on engine bay and inside the car just wondering how many of you have removed ac and heat or just one of the to
I just think it would be
1 easier to work on inside and out
2 much cleaner look
3 easier to put back together haha
4 loss some weight
the only thing i hate is
1 i have usless vents and a black spot on the dash now
2 if its super hot or cold im kinda screwed if i have a date

I had to remove air conditioning for my turbo hotside. I don't know if the camaro and trans am dashes are interchangable but I would say if you could, get a trans am dash and put gauges in the round vent holes if you wanted to get rid of the vents.
