Indiana Engine Builders Do any Hoosiers have any recommendations on a good engine builder in the area? Needing a short block assembled. Any recommendations or warnings on local shops?

Lingenfelter and ERL are among the best and are here in Indiana.
Erik Koenig (@ HKE in texas) is also 1 of the best in the world.
But, Not to take away from Shawn at Virginia Speed, Ron at Vengeance Racing, or AES Racing Engines. All of those companies produce top notch products. I wouldn't think twice about any of them.
