Who to trust with LSX head work in NE KS or the KC/Topeka area.. Looking for someone to do some head work for me. I'm located in North East Kansas. Willing to to travel a little for the right shop.
Anybody know of anything in the KC/Topeka/Lawrence/Holton/etc area.

I know this might sound dumb, and not close to you, but check out the Napa store in Carrol Iowa. They have an amazing machine shop, run by a gentleman by the name of Larry Demmers (sp), who also races at my last knowledge of him an older corvette. I am not sure what kind of experience he has with the LSX stuff, but he did some heads on my LT1, and also some on my old bosses Nova. He did good work, we both were happy, and I know quite a few of the other people he did work for were happy as well. Worth checking out, just even to talk to him. He has an engine dyno on site, and a flow bench, but you would have to talk to him to find out what brand and model. If it's easier, you can also call Mike in the cylinder head department at 313-561-5500 ex. 2119.
