I'm wanting a qualified speed shop to do some installs, tuning, etc. I'm from Lower SW MI, anyone know of any shops anywhere other than Detroit. I'm sure there are plenty over there, but I'm from the other side of the state. Grand Rapids maybe. Please get me some recommendations!!

I e-mailed those guys, no reply. I found someone in Indy that's a good shop. I heard great things about Bakers. They just must be swamped with work.

my buddy owns a speed shop in between hartland and brighton. its called the car guys and if you call them ask for Danny the owner and tell him Kirk Hissong sent you. he will give you a good deal and hes really good.

ya he did a 1999 monte carlo Z34 with a gtp motor and trans and it ran mid 12's. i bought it and daily drove it for a long time. then my brother bought it. but the point is he is very intelligent, and a good hearted guy as well.

There is motorcity speed/ billy briggs out of commerce. they do good work there too.

Those guys must have been too busy as I called them and got no response. I ended up going with Mike Norris out of Indianapolis, who took great care of me. Runs like a scalded dog. Blew the rear end out in one powershift.
