IL emissions Can you have any dash lights on or is that an immediate fail? After the rear end swap I have intermittent brake and abs lights. While I'm figuring out the fix, I'd like to be able to renew the tags.

As mentioned above, only the SES will cause a fail since this is a MIL that represents a Type A or Type B (emissions related) fault. Those other lights have nothing to do with emissions.
