Tuning help in Chi. Subs

Hello, I am looking for someone local to help me out with a simple tune till I can scrounge up enough for HPT. I need a gear change, limmiters raised, !CAGS and !TM. Can anyone help me out?

a hypertech is locked to one vin so I think buying one or bringing it to speed is your only option
