I need a tune.... who should I go to?
I'm in the northwest Chitown burbs, who should I go to? I need a NA tune and also a N20 tune with the timing tuner. I want to get as much out of my setup as possible.
I'm fully aware of Speed Inc., I've taken my car there several times over the past few years, but I'm looking for more options at the moment.
What does everyone think of FLP? Straightline? BV Performance?
Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Well, I have had experiences with Straightline, Speed Inc, FLP, Red Hard Supra, and even have bought hp tuners myself and done some basic tune stuff for a few local people. can't go wrong with any of the shops, or if it is something small, any local guy/girl can help out too for a beer or 12.

Our tuner Dan is one of the most experienced EFI tuners in the Chicagoland area. Time and again he offers the most horsepower while still having it be a safe everyday driving tune. His ability to tune for a nice idle and street drivability is unmatched. Give me a call if you have any questions 630-820-9294. I understand we arent very close to you but its worth the extra drive.

If your plans are to get dyno tuned read into the difference between a Free Spinning Dyno(Dynojet) and a Loaded Dyno(Mustang)
it only makes sense which dyno is capable of more when matched with a excellent tuner.
Give us a call 877 SLP 1320

If you are getting dyno tuned have Straightline do it.....their mustang dyno is awesome and they are a bunch of good guys....RedHardSupra helped me with my idle and he helped make my car as a daily driver. I am still going to have it dyno tuned this fall at Straightline. The guys there are really good and always helpful....nothing but props to Tony and the crew at Straightline.

Guys, I don't know about the other tuners in that area, but We towed my brother-in-law's car from Southeast Alabama all the way to Chicago to Speed Inc. Tom, Mike, Jim and the rest of the guys their are some of the best in the business. Don't believe me? Look on the cover of the newest issue of GM High Tech Performance. The car pictured their is our little labor of love. This is proof that Speed Inc. knows how to tune and build a car. They did a fantastic job on our car and this was the third build up they did on this car. The first two jobs got us wanting more. Now, as you can see in the article in the mag., 850 RWHP is awesome and that is with a stock GM computer!!!
