I'd say it depends on how much you want to spend and if you have or plan on headers. Because its pretty quiet with stock everything, but it sounds great with headers and ORY. I like it.

All the above are good systems but are expencive (except the LM) i'd look into Hooker, Magnaflow or the SLP LM, I love mine!

Magnaflow!!! I love mine, its got such a beautiful low tone. Quiet at idle but once you get on it everyone can hear it. Shop around for prices too, MSRP was $587 i think, i bought mine for $330 brand new. Shwing!

When I get one I am going to go with the Corsa. The sound is incredible. If you want to listen to the different systems www.ls1sounds.com

I have a Corsa with stock manifolds (Kooks coming soon!) and it is anything but quiet. I am sure it is louder with LT's and ORY, but it is definitely not quiet unless you are at 1700rpms in 6th, then it is quiet!

Hell, Blackraven can hear my car for at least a mile after I leave his place.

Well you can't go wrong with a Corsa system. I've heard one on an LT1 Camaro, and it sounded really nice.

Uhhh,,,, I'm gonna say Bassani. I've got the Street Competition muffer (the louder of the two they offer).

I've had my car parked next to an LS1 with Corsa (both are stock manifold/cat cars) and the Bassani is a deeper more muscluar note, while the Corsa is louder and raspier. Just depends on what you like.

Magnaflow is another great choice.
