Tuner in KY Philip Smith is an excellent tuner just outside Ashland, KY. Just recently put in a chassis dyno. Easiest way to contact him is through kyhorsepower.com...he advertises there under the name Bluecat. That website is hosting a shootout today (Sunday 10/28) at Mountain Park Raceway in Clay City and he will be there helping on a couple of cars. If you're in the neighborhood, stop by and see him.
