Anyone on here paint cars? I need my SS hood, and front facia painted, BADLY! The clear is coming up. I also have issues on the rear bumper. Let me know if you do. I'm not looking for dealership pricing.

Hi guys I live in Yorktown,IN so the Muncie/Anderson area. I am ASE certified tech and went through the GM ASEP program down in Indy years ago. I was a GM tech for ten years but I got burnt out working on Buick's and Cadillac's all day so I quit and got a job at a factory. Better pay and 0 stress I just picked up my 2000 SS a few days ago after I got my itch to mess with cars again. I am getting back into cars but this time it is only hot rods so if anyone needs some help and it fits in my schedule send me a PM. I am looking to meet some gear heads in my area since I am not from this area and do not know many people around here. Are there any car clubs in the area?

Hahah still have the 10, been consumed with racing the last two years but I'm going to keep it and eventually sell to build the car with quality parts , not cheaping on anything this time will be a long term project to keep
I'll post some pics from last racese when I get home
Glad to see some old school friends still around as I prob don't know anyone out there anymore LOL
Oh and Benny I'll we getting a hold of ya, you know Joe got a quicksilver z06 too right ?

couple action shots from what ive been up too. ive had blast doing it, although it is dangerous its worth the rush. im committed to at least 3 track weekends next year that ive paid in advance for so ill run next year out and enjoy the car as is for the 2015 summer. then the bike will most likely be sold to fund a landspeed setup and a jeremy jones setup as well, if i can afford it LOL

Going to pop in and say HI. Live in Evansville but used to live on the the South Side of Indy and worked in Carmel. Back then I was on the Dark Side in a Mustang. Now I'm building a '67 C10 w/6.0. Still get up that way as I have quite a few friends in Indy.
