Default Welding in SFC's

Is it tough to do? Anybody here that could do it to possibly save me a little $$?

If you can weld its not too tough. If you dont have a drive-on lift I would suggest taking it to a place that does. I didnt have a drive-on lift so I paid a muffler shop $80 to weld them in for me.

It's pretty easy. I just put the front wheels on ramps and the rear on jack stands placed under the axle housing to get the car up in the air and keep the suspension loaded as it would be on the ground. The welding part was pretty easy. I actually had bolt-ins and ended up welding them to make sure they stayed in place.

where you located? i weld them in all the time. be glad to hook ya up.

I'm around Chicago. Let me know if your in the area. I am gonna end up getting bolt-ins and having them welded up.
