Too cold to work outside?
Well the garage is heating up as I type this... Anyone in the NW burbs of chicago looking to get there car indoors for some work? Let me know.
Anyway... My trans is sitting on the floor next to the car, and ready to go back in, and the heads and valve train should be done today granted all goes smoothly. Looking at a startup mid week, and hopefully tuning in two weeks. Maybe the old LS1 will crank out 300hp. I am just hoping that she will roast the ole tires again....

So with a few hangups, I have most of the valve train complete... Garage stayed a nice comfortable 55 degrees with the help of a 150000 btu turbo heater and a wood burning stove. Trans is all in and buttoned up... A few more trips to the garage and she will be all buttoned up.... I even had to take the sweatshirt off, cause I was breaking a sweat.
