Eh... that car is capable of 220 MPH+ easy. I'm not saying that regalgs has experience at driving that speed (I don't but I'm sure I could as I've been 180+ MPH numerous times), but the car definatly is capable of it. You can't control deer thats for sure, and honestly I am half kidding about all of it as if you know you are busted, running will only make things worse.

Those with LT1's on this thread (like LTWonZ, Halucinator ect.); how many of you are in need of a tune, or will be soon?

As soon as I get my headers from LPP I will eventually. I still don't know if I'm leaving the month of June for some more training. Can't really tune when the car isn't in the best shape right now. Randomly died (Only once) and hard to start now. The only symptoms it has now. I wanna say fuel pump, but when they die, they let you know. MAFS?

Symptoms of fuel pumps going out usually start with trouble starting the car, and then randomly dieing. How many miles are on the fuel pump thats in the car now? If its more than 80,000 miles, I would consider chaning out the pump anyways as it is due to be changed. If you have a fuel pressure gauge, I would check to see what the fuel pressure is at when trying to start the car. This will also point you in the right direction if your fuel pump is dead. You really should have the car scanned.

No one is open on Memorial Day. I'll hit up my friend and use his FP gauge though.

Hello all, thought Id chim in and see whats cooking. Well it seems to me this Ben/call911 has a problem with me??Iv never meet this guy befor and already is saying ****?? First of all I didn't want to run because I had already slowed down for the off ramp and they surrounded me at the next light 469/maplecrest. 6 cop cars ,2 city and 4 sheriff, guns drawn and alot of yelling going on,would'nt really help to run don't ya think. And yes I do know how to drive my car on and off the track. Iv had it for 5 months and have had it to the strip and have clicked off a 9.89 at 156mph. and have had the car to 194mph with more power to spare. I moved here about 2weeks ago from daytona beach ,florida . What are the good tracks to go to. Well gotta go .Hope to run into you all soon ,have a good holiday

lol, I was just messin' with ya man (you'll find a lot of that on this board, but don't take any of it seriously). I wouldn't have ran either in that situation. Like I said before, when you are caught, you are caught.

We mostly go to Muncie to their track. It's not a "top end" track, but they re-surfaced it this year, and they are pretty leanyeant on the rules, and it's not too expensive either. I might be going this Wednesday (if I get off of work), or if nothing else I will be for sure going Friday June 6th for the all day event that is going on there.

Good luck with your car and the ticket stuff. That is never an enjoyable situation, especially at the beggining of the summer like this, and just moving here from Florida. Hopefully you get a good lawyer that can lessen the violation and help you out of the mess.

Either way, hope to meet up with you and your C6 Z06 TT. I would love to see it, and get a spin in it when you get it out of the impound.

I highly doubt Ben has a problem with you...he of all people respects a car for what it is. We like to poke fun at you around here and sometimes sarcasm is a way of doing it. Don't take it personally!! I have'nt been to Muncie Drag way since they redid it...someone else will have to chime in on it.Others on here have different favorites..as far as tracks go. I like Muncie because I wasn't afraid to drive there and back and it's closer to home in case of a tow.

When is he coming? I heard a rumor a while ago, but when I called Bryan (about 2 weeks ago) he said he didn't have anything scheduled yet.

My sig sums it up on the Formula pretty well right now (nothing worth mentioning). To be more specific, I have an SLP lid, a hurst shifter, and some lowering springs, thats it (right now at least )

Don't know about any Angola 383 LT1, but I'm sure there could be.
