Default Depot Town Thursday night cruises in Ypsi

I was visiting family in Ann Arbor and checked out the Thusday night depot town cruise in Ypsilanti, MI. Most the shops in the area close at 5:00 so the road is blocked off at 5:00 with only vehicles participating allowed on the block that's shut down from 5:00 - 9:00. I took my T/A down around 4:30 and there was already about 30 cars parked waiting for the road to close.

I'd estimate there were about 150 cars there with the majority of them being older muscles cars but there were a few f-bodys and vettes there as well. The local resteraunts remain open during the event (the cruise is probably a welcome buisness boom for them). The group I was with went went to the sidetracks restaurant for beverages and dinners and I'd recommend it.

Overall it was a great time so if you've got time to kill on a thursday night you might want to check it out.

Take it easy
