99 M6 Firebird 70,000 Near Stock For Sale
Its time to look for a house so i must part with my pride and joy! 99 Pontiac Firebird, M6 Navy Blue Metallic 70,000 miles.
The car is near stock with the additions of Pacesetter Armor coated Headers, true duals dumped before the axle with moroso spiral flows. I also have the Harris speedworks wet Hitman Nitrous kit. Nitrous kit is is complete with 75-250 jets, bottle warmer, fpss, wot switch, custom purge (mounted the purge out the front bumper, where the phoenix's mouth is) really cool lookin. Ls7 clutch kit, with mew slave and upgraded hydraulics. All aftermarkets installed within the last 500 miles. Went through one 10lb nitrous bottle.
Car made 392 horse and 415 torque on a mustang dyno at Straightline Performance in New Lenox. Oil always changed with Royal Purple 5w30 every 2500 miles. Brand new tires/brakes all around, have around 1000 miles on tires and new brakes. Looking to get $11k obo, pictures upon request. Thank You for the interest.

I am interested and would like to possibly come look at it. I figued i would post in the midwest forum as well since i am local to you.
What did you replace the motor that you blew up with? how many miles on the new motor? and who did the work?
Also how did it make 392rwhp on a mustang dyno with no cam or heads? is that with nitrous? or was that before you sold off the 90/90, heads and cam?
sorry for all the questions but i am pretty confused.
Even full bolt on cars on a mustang dyno are around 350-360 rwhp
I live in Aurora and am looking for a ls1 firebird. Thanks

it was with a 100 shot, put down 325 with full exhaust, and 392 with 100 shot, the motor was replaced with a ls1 with about 60,000 miles. My mechanic did the work, he is on the forum his name is z28_dad, he can vouch for my car, and people can vouch for his work! Let me know if your interested in lookin at it, 815-814-4199 Ricky

Hmmm, Ricky, you're selling my Formula ... huh? (shouldn't this be in the classifieds section??)
Ricky bought the Formula from me last summer, was stock except lid and SLP loudmouth when he bought it ...
... Ricky was a good guy, 'till he half-*** painted my mom's '89 Formula and never returned her calls to help fix it. (she didn't want her money back, just help in fixing the spots you left UNPAINTED!) Now, she can't sell the Formula for the life of her!!

I can vouch for the half-assed paint job.
I can understand someone not painting the door jambs and engine bay when changing the color on a car...but parts of the spoiler that weren't sprayed properly, and you can still see the original red through the Dodge Viper blue? C'mon.. probably would've been better off selling the car with original 55k mile paint..
