Going postal! So I found out I got a special duty assignment to RAF Alconbury, working in the air mail terminal. This is going to be quite a change from F-16 avionics, and I'm looking forward to it after almost 14 years. Does anyone else here have any postal experience? Any tips or advice?

You'll either hate it or love it I'm told. Two of my good friends were doing it at Soto Cano while I was deployed there and they loved it because they actually got time off and had a real schedule for once. The area you'll be around is very nice though. I was up there in 06 visiting some friends and didn't want to leave.
