Default Quick medical question

I am a Cadet in the Texas National Guard, SMPing with the ROTC at University of Texas Arlington, paygrade E5. I am with my parents and their medical insurance policy until the first of the year. But I have to let them know if I am staying with them or if I am going with the Military's insurance. I have to tell them this coming Monday the last day of November. Can anyone tell me what it would cost per month for a single guy in the young twenties?

Any help would be good. My recruiter is out of the office till Monday and that isn't helping me much.

Thanks,
P.J.
