Just wanted to let you guys know OakleySI.com has now extended their membership to veterans as well.
If you guys have never been on that site, it's Oakley, but you get everything at a pretty substantial discount.

not 100% sure, but i believe that the last time i got an ID card there was a blurb there stating that it was against the law for places like USSI to require that you send in a copy of your ID card for site entry. the only thing that i have found is DoDINST 1000.13 encl 3 para 2a that mentions copying of ID cards.
