Anyone Racing in the DC area?
Hey guys... Not sure if any of you are in that neck of the woods, but it looks like the Army may want me to move out there next summer. Anybody out there?

[QUOTE=longrange4u]Thats cool... what about in northern VA?[/QUOTE
Just the same tracks that have already been mentioned. I live in Fredericksburg, VA. That's about 50 miles south of DC.
There are a couple other tracks that are within reasonable driving range, such as Summerduck and Richmond Raceway. There's also VIR which is in the
Dinwiddie area southwest of Richmond. That's starting to get on the outside edge of drive time. VIR and Capitol can get pretty busy. I've been to both and have on ocassion only run once or twice before they shut down for the night. MIR (as stated before) is probably the best track in the area.
You may want to check out the Eastern F-Body Association. They have a decent forum and have get togethers off and on.
